Aflac Duck Performs An Unknown Feat

Could The U.S. Have Made It With The Aflac Duck?

Like every good thing, the Soccer World Cup has successfully ended recently in South Africa.

For those of you who followed every match, it must have been very exciting and exhilarating!

However, some of you could not wait for the incessant noise from the (now popular) vuvuzela to end.

Lest we digress

Anyway, back to Aflac Duck.

You know, watching the Aflac Duck perform in it’s recent commercial, makes me start to think:

Could the U.S. have made it through to the Finals (and possibly win), at the recently concluded Soccer World Cup with the Aflac Duck in the line-up?

Do you think I am crazy?

Well, try to watch the Aflac Duck’s performance the next time they show it.

The one I am talking about is the one that shows the Duck performing some unknown feat with the soccer ball.

If you have not seen it yet, let me fill you in:

‘Two women, supposedly injured, were talking about their injuries and possible insurance coverage at a soccer game.

Here comes the Aflac Duck, unknown to them, protecting them from stray balls.

First, with it’s beak; then, with it’s tail. Thereafter, with it’s foot; and finally, with it’s wing.

Well, this last stunt, resulted in the duck scoring a goal! All, the while making it’s signature A-F-L-A-C shout!

Oh, by the way, Aflac Duck did not forget to celebrate the goal by dancing around, well -- you guessed it, past this Old guy whom the Duck likes to embarrass or scare, at the end of EVERY of it’s commercials.’

In the final analysis

There you have it!

Aflack Duck’s unknown ACROBATIC feat, in my humble opinion, should have earned the Duck, a much deserved honorable spot among the U.S. Soccer Team.

Playing like it did in this particular commercial, could have, I believe, gotten the U.S. through to the finals and possibly win the Prestigious Soccer World Cup, instead of Spain.

And, you know something else, it would have made UNMATCHABLE history for Aflack Duck -- the only other creature to ever play in such a game!

Also, who knows? The Aflac Duck could be in the running to win the Golden Boot as well!

Can someone please, pass this useful information to Coach Bob Bradley?

The wonderful Maestro, Aflac Duck, is available for his soccer engagement!
